  1. Call Our Call Center:

Our national helpline number is 080-69529999, available Monday through Saturday from 10.30 AM to 6 PM. When you call, an executive will register your complaint and provide you with a complaint ID. We offer two levels of service: Home Service and Carry-in Service, and a representative from the nearest authorized center will visit you to check your product and advise you accordingly. If repairs are required, the representative will provide an estimate of time and price (if not covered by warranty). Once your issue is resolved, the representative will close your complaint in our central system.

  1. Register an Online Complaint:

You can also register a complaint by submitting the complaint form online, which will be handled in the same manner as a call to our call center. Upon successful submission, you will receive an email confirmation, and a calling executive from our call center will provide a solution to your problem and guide you.
